In my experience, this matters when you’re spec’ing a system. If the plant has a dedicated 24 VDC UPS feeding the rack, use the 127610. If you’re pulling straight from the panel, use this one. Rev 1 had a known issue with the input filter capacitors—they would dry out faster in high-temperature environments (think Middle East compressor stations). Rev 2 upgraded the capacitor specs.
